2 peaches/nectarines
2 to 3 medium mozzarella balls
Handful of basil leaves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Slice the peaches or nectarines into thin slices. Slice the (room temperature) mozzarella. Arrange these ingredients on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper. Cover in whole or diced basil leaves.
Serve on summer nights or for a refreshing and nourishing brunch!
